Cutting out after-dinner snacking is a quick way to help you shed 5 pounds in a week. After-dinner snacking could indicate that you are eating dinner too early. Downsizing your wine glass from 6 ounces to 4 ounces could potentially help you drop more than 20 pounds a year!
6. Eat Slowly
Do what the French do — eat slowly. Make sure you’re the last one to start eating and also the last person to finish. This way, your brain will have enough time to tell your body that you are full before you start overeating. Eat this way and you’ll take in fewer calories at your meals.
